HMRC Enquiry Centres
Our Enquiry Centres are open every weekday, generally from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Some however will not open until 9.30am on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for staff training. See Late Openings (XLS 34K) for details.
The following Enquiry Centres are testing different opening hours:
Banbridge, Bishops Stortford, Ripon, Rothesay, Wick and Winchester
10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Brecon, Hawick, Launceston and Witham
08.30 am to 2.00 pm
Note for customers using Harlow Enquiry Centre
For a minimum period of three months from 7 September 2009, the Enquiry Centre in Harlow, Beaufort House, Crown Gate will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On both days the Enquiry Centre will operate from Harlow Post Office, 1 Stone Cross, Harlow.
Enquiry Centre opening times at Harlow Post Office – Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. The opening hours at the Enquiry Centre, Crown Gate remain unchanged.
If your enquiry can't be dealt with quickly we may offer you an appointment with an adviser at a future time to suit you.
