The deployment of Multimap's 'Storefinder' and 'Travel Directions' services helps to convert lookers to bookers, as they equip customers with the location information that they need to make a decision about a hotel. To find their nearest Wyndham hotel or resort in North America, the Caribbean or Mexico, visitors to www.wyndham.com click on the ‘Locations' link located at the top of all the site's pages, and enter the relevant city, country and/or state, province, or territory. Multimap then delivers a list of nearby hotels and resorts in order of proximity to the location entered, along with their contact details. To access an interactive map, with zoom in/out and pan N,S,E,W functionality, visitors click on the ‘Maps and directions' link, followed by the ‘Interactive Directions and map' link.

Should users wish to access Multimap's "Travel Directions" service in the US, they next enter the location details of their start-point, and click on 'Get directions'. Multimap delivers a list of step-by-step directions to the hotel or resort of interest, as well as an overview map which plots the journey using numbered icons. Total and cumulative distance, and overall driving time, are also provided.
