Multimap Drives Growth and Innovation in Location-Based Service Market with New Developer Program

Time and Cost Barriers are Reduced for Developers

By offering services and tools to help developers bring the benefits of geographic information to their customers, Multimap expects to drive growth and innovation in the location-based services sector. These new offerings are provided through Multimap’s new Developer Program.

The benefits of the Developer Program include:

• Regular news updates on new services and service features; sales and marketing information; and upcoming events;
• Multimap Developer Forum: a discussion group for developers, to share implementation tips; post queries; and provide Multimap with feedback on its services. And once a month, a member of the Multimap technical team will join the Forum, to provide live responses.
• Free trials: Multimap services are available for free trial by developers;
• Access to Multimap’s password-protected extranet facility, Client Zone.
• Quarterly Training Sessions: Members are invited to Multimap’s free quarterly training sessions, where they will gain tips on effective ways to implement Multimap’s services, and hear about the latest technology and product directions from the Multimap team
Access to a dedicated live on-line help facility: Certified Developers can receive an immediate response from a member of Multimap’s support team — no implementation time is wasted waiting for an email response;
• Lead Generation: Certified Members of the Developer Program will receive access to valuable leads.
• Joint marketing initiatives;
• and more.
