Mothercare Customers Find the Solution to all their Maternity and Parenting Needs, thanks to Multimap

Visitors to www.mothercare.com can now locate their nearest store, and find its full contact details, thanks to Multimap, Europe’s number one online mapping services provider. The UK’s leading maternity retailer has deployed Multimap’s Storefinder service to improve customers’ experience of Mothercare online. The service should help to boost site usage frequency, customer satisfaction, and footfall to stores. The service is live across Mothercare’s 230 plus-strong store network.

Users of www.mothercare.com click on the ‘Stores’ tab on the left side of the homepage, select the “UK store locator”, and enter their postcode or select a city from a drop-down menu. Multimap then delivers a detailed street-level map indicating the exact location of the store with a red circle. Full contact details, opening hours and facilities provided, e.g., baby changing facilities and nursery range, are shown alongside the map. The next three nearest stores are also listed on this page, with a link to a map and location information, so that users can quickly find alternative nearby stores. All the maps have full zooming in/out functionality.
